My GE electric oven shorted out.... i called AAA appliance repair and within a day their technician was here, Tom figured out that it was the control panel that needed replaced... The office called me with an estimate and also deducted the service call charge, that made it very reasonable to go on with the repair.... Tom knew exactly how to remove the old panel and replace with the new.... I really admired his knowledge and honesty. The oven works beautifully. Tom ran a test prior to leaving,. Do not hesitate to call AAA Appliance...... Very reputable company.. if 5 stars is for excellence i would be happy to give it a 10

Called Tony at 2:30 and he was at my house by 4 PM. He is incredibly nice, professional and respectful. He Is very knowledgeable and was able to tell us that we would be better off replacing rather than repairing. He didn't waste our time. I will definitely refer him to my friends and call if I have any other appliance repair needs. He really knows his stuff.

I called AAA Appliance when my washer broke over the weekend. Left a voice mail. I received a phone call at 8:00 am on Monday morning to make an appointment. By noon the technician was at my door. Great customer service! I was very pleased with Eli the service technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem showing me what was broken. Eli was very respectful of my home. He had to pump out the water and was very careful so that it would not spill all over the floor. I would definitely recommend AAA Appliance.

AAA was great! They were able to service my oven within a day- the technician was informative and gave me feedback on my washer while there. Had to wait for a part- but it came in quickly and they called to make appointment that day. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Tony was quick, thoughtful of what options are best for us, and is really knowledgeable. This is the second time we've used him, and he is at the top of our list for repair when we someone. This man is on your side, and will not mislead you - in fact, he will explain everything he's doing if you're interested. 5 stars!

When my fridge went out two days before Christmas I called at 9:30 pm and left a message. Early on Dec 24th Tony called and was at my place by 9:30 AM! Don't bother with others--just call Tony and he'll take great care of you and do so in a timely fashion. He has my business whenever I need service!

Called triple aaa and tony showed up the same day. Our washer in our apt. Building went out lots of people were upset tony came in fixed the problem in less than an hour and the price was more than fair. I would recommend & him to everyone
